Intro:
Sources A and B belong to different sub-genres and owners, values and representations that will offer a big effect on the representations they construct. The guardian is a standard Broadsheet paper, however it can now be converted into tabloid size to save printing costs, with a left-wing side of views, targeting a ABC1 market audience. Conversely, The daily express is a mid-market tabloid with right-wing views therefore a key difference between the guardian. They have an older audience which will be reflected to the ideas of their traditional values. Gilroy's post colonialism theory comments that the representation of colonial groups and characters are still affected and civilization constructs racial hierarchies with binary opposites of us and them, which is commonly shown in UK newspapers.
